Data Management Plan (DMP) Submission within the First Year of Study
To: Research Master’s Students and Doctor of Nursing Students Admitted in the 2025/26 Intake
Dear Students,
All research postgraduate (RPg) students and taught doctoral students admitted in 2025/26 and thereafter are required to submit a Data Management Plan (DMP). Specifically, M.Phil. students, research master’s students and Doctor of Nursing students are required to complete and submit their DMP within their first year of study. Compliance with this requirement will be checked as part of the graduation assessment process.
Students should create their DMP using the CUHK DMP template available on the DMPTool platform. Students are strongly encouraged to create their DMP at an early stage of study to allow sufficient time for review and follow-up, thereby facilitating timely graduation.
