Graduate School Welcomes Over 1,000 Students to "Summer School for Mainland Students 2026"
On 3 August 2026, the Graduate School was pleased to participate in the "Summer School for Mainland Students 2026", joining the Office of Academic Links Mainland and Regional in welcoming more than 1,000 undergraduate students from universities across Chinese Mainland and Macau to CUHK.
Following the opening address by Professor Liwen JIANG, Pro-Vice-Chancellor/Vice-President (External Affairs), Professor Anthony SO, Dean of the Graduate School, encouraged participants to embrace the learning opportunities offered by the Summer School and make full use of the experience to broaden their horizons and prepare for future academic pursuits. He also shared valuable insights into postgraduate education and introduced the wide range of postgraduate programmes available at CUHK.
Organised by the Office of Academic Links Mainland and Regional, the "Summer School for Mainland Students 2026" provides more than 40 credit-bearing courses for nominated undergraduate students from Chinese Mainland and Macau.
We hope this enriching programme will spark participants' passion for learning and research, and we look forward to welcoming many of them back to CUHK as future postgraduate students.
