Scholarships/Awards

The Hong Kong Institute of Science (HKIS) is now inviting applications for the 2026 Young Scientist Awards with a view to continuing our effort in promoting science and technology in the region, targeting our budding, young scientists and engineers. The Young Scientist Award carries a cash prize of $10,000 to a winner and $5,000 to an honorable mention in each of the three fields of science: physical/mathematical science, life science and engineering science.
