In addition to the general requirements and English Language Proficiency of the Graduate School, applicants should possess:
1. a Master’s degree in social science or related fields from a well-qualified university or education institution; and
2. at least 5 years of recent full-time employment or professional experience at the management level in a public, non-profit, or private sector organization.

Applicants with a substantial portfolio of creative works and professional accomplishments in the relevant area will have an advantage.

The following documents should be submitted in the application dossier:

• Certified academic transcripts and certificates of the applicant's previous studies;
• A CV that summarizes the applicant's work experience and other relevant accomplishments;
• A one-page statement of study purpose; and
• Proof of English language proficiency.

An interview by the Admission Panel may be required.
