The Graduate Certificates with degree conferment date on 31 July 2023 will be available for collection from 8 August 2023 onwards*.
In order to observe crowd control measures in a small enclosed area, we invite students who would like to collect the graduate certificates in person to book a timeslot online at https://booking.gs.cuhk.edu.hk/ in advance. Please be reminded that for identity verification purposes, students will be asked to present the booking confirmation email and their original HKID cards when they come to our service counter at the appointed time. Login details:
User Name: Your student ID (10 digits)
Password: Your Date of Birth (ddmmyyyy)
Those coming to us directly without in the first place duly booked an appointment may experience a long waiting time.
Instead of coming to us, you may choose SpeedPost of Hongkong Post with which we can deliver the award certificate to you within 10 (or 15) working days. Would you want to use other couriers, it will take a longer time.

Students who owe money to the University are urged to settle their outstanding debts as soon as possible. Else, the award Certificate will be withheld.
