In alignment with UGC's vision for strategic alliances and deep collaboration in higher education, the Joint Centre for Advanced Study (JCAS) represents a collaborative initiative among The University of Hong Kong (HKU), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).

JCAS aims to optimise resource utilisation, expand student choices, leverage the combined expertise of academic staff across institutions, foster greater interaction and collaboration among staff and students, and engage in joint activities to enhance the competitiveness of research postgraduate programmes. 

Eligibility

Open to research postgraduate students from the three participating universities. 

Application Procedures

Interested students should contact their home institution's departments for course registration details. For courses not hosted by the student's home institution, complete the student record form and submit it to the home institution's Graduate School.
