For PG Students
Students can access Course Selection for New Academic Year on the GS website and CUSIS in early July 2025.
Stage 1 | Mock Course Registration Period (Enrolment Validation Period) 15 Jul, 10:00a.m. - 18 Jul, 5:30p.m. | Students can familiarise themselves with course selection on CUSIS: validate classes in shopping cart check for time conflicts, fulfilment of prerequisites, and term study load, etc. |
Stage 2 | Course Registration Period 5 Aug, 10:00a.m. – 8 Aug, 5:30p.m. | Students may add/drop courses in real-time. Certain courses may prioritise specific student groups. Graduate Divisions may modify students' course enrolment after the Course Registration Period. |
Stage 3 | Course Register Mid-Aug 2025 | Graduate Divisions/Programmes may: review Course Enrolment Reports, and adjust student course registrations, if necessary, after course registration and/or Add/Drop Period. Students may: check course register at any time on CUSIS. note that their course register will NOT be finalised until approval of Graduate Division. |

Stage 5 | Add/Drop Period for Terms 1 & 2
Term 1: Early Sep 2025 Term 2: Early Jan 2026 | Students may perform similar add/drop actions in the Course Registration Period. * Consult the University Almanac for specific add/drop period dates for each term. For programmes with more than two terms, similar arrangements apply. |
| Stage 6 | Mid-Sept 2025 / Mid-Jan 2026 | Graduate Divisions to check Course Enrolment Report and amend students' course register, if necessary. |
Stage 7 | Final Course Register Late Sep 2025 / Early Feb 2026 | Graduate School will notify students to review their final course register. Students must verify their course register before attending classes. |
Steps to locate your schedule of course registration or add/drop periods
- Verify if your programme requires course selection on CUSIS:
Check term information on CUSIS or consult the Programme Arrangement & Schedule. - Review the schedule of releasing the tentative/final course register.
For Graduate Divisions: Updates Students' Course Enrolment Record in CUSIS
During the specified periods below, Graduate Divisions/Programmes can directly add/drop classes for students on CUSIS. To update students' course enrolment record outside these periods, please contact the Graduate School for assistance.
