Upon Arrival in Hong Kong
Step 1: Submit your entry permit and landing slip
After arriving in Hong Kong, please upload the following documents to the Online Application System under the section "Upload Document to Fulfil Admission Conditions"

Important note: The submitted document must be identical to the one stated in your application for verification purposes. The name on this document must also match exactly with that on your academic credentials. Any discrepancies or changes must be officially notarised.
Step 2: Apply for Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) (for full-time non-local students)
All full-time non-local students are required to apply for an HKID Card at the Hong Kong SAR Immigration Department within 30 days of arrival.

Special Instructions for Specific Taught Postgraduate (TPg) Programmes:
For students enrolled in the following programmes, please forward your entry permit, landing slip, and HKID Card directly to the respective Faculty/Division office:
- Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA)
- Master of Science in Finance
- Master of Architecture
- Postgraduate Certificate in Laws
Remarks:
- Identity document or travel document (e.g. entry permit, passport) should be identical to the document stated in your application for verification purpose. The name stated therein must also be identical with that on the academic credentials. Any changes must be notarised (Sample);
- “Landing slip” (Sample) issued by the Immigration Department when entering Hong Kong;
- Hong Kong Identity card/Acknowledgement of Application for a Hong Kong Identity card (Sample).
