You can access the completed submissions for previous years (i.e., endorsed by the Division Head) following this CUSIS path: MyCUHK > CUSIS > Academic Progress > Study Plan & Progress (RPG) > Section 8 “Progression Milestones” > “Previous Study Plan & Progress Report (s)” > “View previous report”.

Study Plan Stage

3. Q. Do I need to submit a Study Plan?
  A.

All research postgraduate students are required to complete and submit a Study Plan annually (except students who suspended studies in the whole academic year) to be reviewed by his/her Supervisor (thesis supervisor if already assigned, divisional adviser otherwise), and endorsed by the Head of Graduate Division. Student and Supervisor should meet to discuss the Study Plan prior to completing and submitting it via the Online Study Plan and Progress Report.

4. Q. I am a new student, but I cannot find the button for “Study Plan & Progress Report” after logging in MyCUHK.
  A.

Please login MyCUHK with your 10-digit Student ID and Onepass password, instead of the "Online Registration Login ID" which begins with an "R".

5. Q. I can login the online system but I cannot submit a Study Plan.
  A.

Please verify whether the Study Plan is pending your action. Student can submit it under the Study Plan Status “Not yet accessed by student”, “Not yet submitted/resubmitted by student”, “Returned by Division” and “Returned by Supervisor”. Otherwise it may be pending action by the other parties (e.g., Programme Administrator, Supervisor, etc.).

6. Q. Where can I input comments?
  A.

Comments may be added at the time of completing the Progress Report at the end of each academic year but not the Study Plan.

The completion details are to be captured at the time of completing the Progress Report at the end of each academic year but not the Study Plan.

8. Q. I have already reported completed courses/activities in the previous Progress Report, but these records still appear in the current Study Plan this year and I cannot delete them.
  A.

These records should be retained and need not be deleted.

9. Q. I have inputted courses/activities in the Study Plan last year, but no record is shown in the Study Plan this year.
  A.

No record will be brought forward to the Study Plan this year if the previous year’s report was not completed (i.e., endorsed by the Graduate Division Head). The report status can be viewed via the following CUSIS path:

MyCUHK > CUSIS > Academic Progress > Study Plan & Progress (RPG) > Section 8 “Progression Milestones” > “Previous Study Plan & Progress Report (s)” > “View previous report” [the status will be “Report NOT completed”]

10. Q. I have inputted courses/activities with the completion details in the Progress Report, but no record is shown in the Study Plan this year.
